Cantonese and English are the official languages in Hongkong, until the year 2007 Cantonese speaking people in the world is about 1.3 hundred million, Cantonese is one of the most resistant languages in the world. Hongkong have been named as "A PARL OF ORIENTAL" which means her beauty is an outstanding place in Asia, also she is a multiple culture city and a grand 24/7 cuisine metropolitan, you can almost find every country's people and restaurant in Hongkong.
Hongkong cuisine is combined the point of superiority from the most famous Chinese region cuisines as: CANTON, CHIU, KING, CHUN, WU, MIN, SO and every prefecture in each region and every area in each part of China; Also she have included the features of European, Russian, American, African, Japanese, South Asian cuisine, then she have created her own special cuisine which included a cuisine which has included Oriental and Occidental.
